• Device means any tool that can access the Service, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Terms and Conditions (or simply “Terms”) refer to this entire agreement between You and the Company governing the use of the Service.
• Third-Party Social Media Service refers to any content, data, products, or services provided by third parties that may appear or be accessible through the Service.
• Website Refers to My Therapy Clubhouse AND/OR The Clubhouse Services, available at https://www.theclubhouseservices.com/.
• You refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service on behalf of themselves or an organization, as applicable.

These Terms and Conditions establish the legal agreement between You and the Company and define the rights and obligations of all users of the Service.

Termination

Regardless of any damages incurred, the total liability of the Company and its suppliers under these Terms will be limited to the amount You paid through the Service or USD $100 if no payment was made.

Changes to These Terms
